You can purchase your items online and have them delivered directly to your door. Here you'll find everything you need to know about delivery and managing your order. Shipping is free on all orders. Talenic uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description and total price.

Shopping in the U.S.

Items purchased online from Talenic ship within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. No shipments can be made to P.O. Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States. You may not export any products purchased online from Talenic. Simply shop with the payment method of your choice, and we’ll ship the order to any address within the 50 United States. We regret that we cannot ship orders placed in the U.S. to addresses outside the 50 states.

Ships Time

The ‘Ships‘ time is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse. The item will leave our warehouse 1 business day after you place your order. While Talenic works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, personalized, custom-configured, and more popular items may have longer ship times. Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders. You can find delivery costs at checkout, on the Order Confirmation email and online when you view your order on the Order Status website.

Delivery Time

Average transit time is 2-5 business days. Overnight shipping is available to some zip codes for an additional cost. Please be aware that external factors beyond our control (such as strikes, adverse weather conditions and holidays affecting parts of our fulfillment network etc.) may delay your orders. Please note that our delivery are based on normal conditions so in exceptional conditions it might happen that your order arrives after the expected date despite you ordering before the last order date provided.

Carrier Delivery Options

Talenic chooses which carrier will deliver your shipment, and some of our shipments require a signature. Your Shipment Notification email will tell you whether a signature is required. The carrier may also require a signature at their discretion. The carrier may make subsequent delivery attempts before returning the shipment to Talenic. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Free Taxes

All taxes and Customs fees will already be paid. You pay only what you pay at checkout.

Amend Your Order

We package your products very soon after the order is placed which means your order cannot be amended once the status of your order has changed to “order processing”. This includes changing the delivery method, payment method, shipping address, color/quantity of items, or applying a discount. 

If you do not accept or sign for the package when it’s delivered to your address, we will ship the package back to one of our warehouses in 1100 E Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Talenic wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

30 Days Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Our return policy allows you to return the product purchased on within 30 days counting from the date of receipt of shipment, and request a refund from us for any reason.

To Qualify for a Refund, All The Following Conditions Must Be Met:

1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from us within 30 days from the date of receipt of shipment. To request a RMA, contact Our Service Team at

2. If the reason for return is not as a result of a product failure, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

3. The RMA number and necessary contact information (including but not limited to name, phone numbers, address, email, purchased date, etc.) must be clearly displayed on the printing template provided by Our Service Team or written on paper by the customer, and must be included along with the returned product.

4. Returned product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).

5. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.

6. Authorization to return does not guarantee credit or exchange. We will issue an exchange or credit upon receipt of the return package.

Additional Terms and Conditions

1. RMA is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue.

2. Products ordered in November and December can be returned before January 31st of the following year.

3. Shipping and handling charges, gift wrapping fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable, unless the return is due to inherent product defects. If your order contains multiple products and you only return a part of them, do note that total shipping charges are not refundable. Partial shipping charges are also not refundable.

4. You shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to us.

5. If you return a product to us, (a) without a RMA from us (b) without all parts included in the original package, we retains the right to refuse delivery of such return.

Limited Product Warranty

We warrants the original purchaser that your product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period aforementioned.
We do not warrant the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We are not responsible for damage arising from failure to following instructions relating to the product's usage.


If a hardware defect is found and a valid claim is received by Talenic within the Warranty Period, Talenic will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, either (1) repair the product at no charge, use new or refurbished replacement parts or, (2) replace the product with a new or refurbished product.
In the event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law. This Limited Warranty is valid only in the jurisdictions where the products are sold by Talenic, and is valid to the extent permitted by the applicable laws of such jurisdictions. Any replacement hardware product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period of time that may be applicable in your jurisdiction.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

A Warranty Service Order must be requested from Talenic within Warranty Period from the date of receipt of shipment. To request a Warranty Service Order, contact Our Service Team

To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, to the address specified by Talenic Outlet. In accordance with applicable law, Talenic may require the customer to furnish proof of purchase details and/or comply with registration requirements before receiving warranty service. It is your responsibility to backup any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on the product. It is likely that such data, software, or other materials will be lost or reformatted during service, and Talenic will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.

Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Warranty applies only to the product manufactured by or for Talenic, that can be identified by the "Talenic"  trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to it. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any (a) Damage due to acts of nature or God, for example, lightning strikes, tornadoes and the like; (b) Negligence; (c) Commercial use; (d) Modifications to any part of the Product; (e) Damage caused by use with non-Talenic products; (f) Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (g) Damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Talenic or with improper voltage or power supply; or (h) Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Talenic. Recovery and reinstallation of software programs and user data are not covered under this Limited Warranty.

Talenic reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Limited Warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.

Implied Warranties

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) shall be limited in duration to the duration of this limited warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation of Damages

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, Talenic shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when Talenic has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Some payment types are ineligible for orders that ship to multiple addresses. If you are using an ineligible payment type for an order shipping to multiple addresses, you will either need to change the payment method, or ship your order to a single address.

Credit Cards or Debit Cards

Troubleshooting credit card & debit card payment errors

  • If your card is new or recently reissued, make sure it has been activated.
  • Remove dashes or spaces from the account number.
  • If everything seems to be correct, call the card issuer's customer service 800 number on the back of your card. Your credit card company may need to speak with you before they authorize your purchase.

Account Verification

To prevent any unnecessary delays processing your order, please ensure that the billing address on your order matches the information on your credit card account. If you have recently moved or are unsure whether you receive your credit card statement at your work or home address, please contact your card-issuing bank using the 800 number on the back of your credit card to confirm.

Security Codes

The card security code is a unique three or four digit number printed on the front (American Express) or back (Discover/MasterCard/Visa/UnionPay) of your card, in addition to the account number.

Daily Spending Limits for Debit Cards

Most debit and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of an order, even if there is enough money in an account. When using a debit card, funds are immediately reserved in your bank account at the time you place your order. Please consult your card-issuing bank for information about your daily spending limits if you are having trouble placing your order.

If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or UnionPay credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.

Any gift card issued by a credit card company can be used as a method of payment when buying from Talenic Store online. During checkout, if you are paying with a gift card issued by a credit card company, you can combine it with one credit card.

Education Pricing

Talenic offers special pricing to students, teachers, administrators, and staff members. We also offer special pricing for purchases made on behalf of students. If you live in the U.S., contact Talenic Support for Education to place your order for reduced prices on the full range of products.

How to Resolve a Declined Card Payment?

Payment questions - Payment declines happen from time to time, and when they do - it is important to understand the reason so that the purchase can be finished successfully.

In short

To resolve a declined payment, you'll need to figure out why the payment was declined.

Usually, this involves contacting your bank or credit card company to fix the issue.

1. Figure out the reason for the decline

Once the declined payment happens, your credit card company or bank may share the reason for the decline with us. If this is the case, we show the reason to you in the form of an error message.

Keep in mind that Talenic doesn't decline your payment - your credit card company or bank does. If there's no reason listed, we don't have the details, and you'll need to contact your credit card company or bank for the reason.

2. Contact your credit card company or bank

If you couldn't figure out why your payment was declined, or if you can't solve the issue, contact the bank that issued your credit card. Talenic support can't help you with any declines. This is because your bank, not Talenic, is the one that declines your payment.

Here's how to contact your bank:

  1. Call the support phone number that's shown on the back of your credit card.
  2. Tell the representative that you were trying to pay for Talenic, it was an online transaction, but that your payment was declined. Let them know the date, amount and the currency of the decline.
  3. The representative will give you the exact reason for the decline and help you resolve the issue.
  4. What may help is mentioning is that transaction was made online (MO/TO), merchant comes from outside of the United States and transaction description is "TALENIC".

Once the issue has been fixed, try your payment again using Talenic Checkout.

Solutions for the most common declined payment reasons

The issuing bank doesn't allow the use of the card for internet or international transactions. 

Talk to your bank to allow these types of transactions, then retry the payment.

What may help is mentioning is that transaction was made online (MO/TO), merchant comes from outside of the United States and transaction description is "TALENIC".

Or, enter a new card that does allow internet or international transactions.

You've exceeded the card's credit limit or single transaction limit. (or You exceeded the maximum number of charges the card can receive in a period.)

Talk to your bank to increase the limit, then retry your payment. Or, enter different card or use alternative payment methods described below.

The account doesn't have sufficient funds. 

Make sure there are enough funds in your account, then retry your payment.
